*TERMS OF USE (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!)

• Hotel rate is only 55€ per person per night sharing a Double/Twin room including breakfast and VAT;
• It’s not possible to book the single days of Friday or Saturday.  All the booking for 1 day on Friday or Saturday will be not accepted;
• The rate does not include city tax of 4€ (per person per night) that will be paid during the check-out at the hotel reception;
• Single rooms (same cost of double/twin room) are limited and the availability has to be confirmed.
• The full payment of the room is required to finalize the booking process (110€/night); in case of booking changes the difference will be paid directly at the event desk during the check-in (not at the hotel reception).
• Every meal in the indoor restaurant costs only 25€ per person including buffet self service and a bottle of water.
• Infants and children up to 11 years old can sleep in their parents’ room due to the generous size of the double beds.
• The hotel reserves the right to modify the room rate in case of VAT increase.
• Hotel provides FREE WIFI, Parking and late night bar.

• Cancellations before 1st October 2024 will be 100% refunded. 
• No refund for cancellations after 1st October 2024. 
• Paypal and Bank Transfer fees are in any case at your charge.
